Practical notes for implementation
Replace placeholders [Insert Date], [Insert Legal Name], [Insert address], [Insert email] with real data.

If the site has no interactive features (comments, accounts, submissions), you can simplify Sections 5 and 6.

Add a clickable “I accept” checkbox if you ever require registration – not strictly necessary for simple browsing under Russian law, but recommended for added legal safety.

If the site contains third-party embedded content (YouTube videos, social widgets), consider adding a short sub-section under 8 about those services’ own terms.

Display a clear link to these Terms in the site footer, next to the Privacy Policy link.

This document minimises legal risks for http://golovinarchive.com/ while being transparent and enforceable under Russian jurisdiction.
